Before your consultation, Charlotte will ask you to complete a very thorough lifestyle questionnaire so that even before you set foot through the door she is thinking about the aims of your treatment and the best advice that she can give, tailor made to you. The consultation itself is conducted in a relaxed, fun, but serious atmosphere with a full but very understandable explanation of the advice being offered and why. Charlotte makes sure you go away with plenty of ideas of how to set about sticking to your new diet; meal and snack ideas, how to use portion control, and where you can find all the foods she has suggested that you buy. Charlotte has a down to earth and refreshingly realistic approach to food – she herself admits to indulging in her favourite junk foods once a week, so you will not be preached to; you will come away with a vast array of advice on how your diet can help you look and feel so much better.
