About Us
Feel Good Food is run and owned by Charlotte Hunter, a fully certified coach. Having trained with and graduated from The Coaching Academy, the international leader in coach training courses, she is now one of Course Managers and also co-manages the Surrey Coaching Professionals group. In addition to her coaching diploma, Charlotte is qualified in Holistic Health & Nutrition and is currently working towards a BSc in Nutritional Medicine at TVU.
Charlotte’s Feel Good Vision is to pass on the food and nutrition knowledge she has amassed over the years to others, in order to help them make healthy choices about food whilst not denying themselves the things they love to eat.
The idea behind Feel Good Food is not to restrict what you eat or put you on a diet, but rather to expand your knowledge of food so that you have even more choice than ever in your menu.
Charlotte says, “I have been a health enthusiast for most of my life and have always made choices about what I put in my body, but not to the point that I don’t enjoy myself and what I eat.
“Nutrition isn’t about food we can’t have or things that are bad for us. It’s about going back to basics and eating what we really enjoy to maximise our health in a busy, stressful world.
I want Feel Good Food to be about real food for real people, specialising in healthy eating for busy people.”
Based in Guildford, Surrey, Charlotte and Feel Good Food will help you achieve your optimum wellbeing so you can live a healthy, happy and more fulfilled life.
If you want to be 100% healthy and happy, then Feel Good Food is for you. Sharing our passion for wellbeing Feel Good Food promotes the idea that good health is the key to a fulfilling life.
More about Charlotte...
Charlotte became interested in nutritional coaching and natural health in 2002 when due to the stresses and strains of living and working in London, she experienced a variety of health complaints. Upon being branded a hypochondriac by her doctor she decided to look for solutions in complementary therapies. Through nutritional medicine, osteopathy and life coaching, Charlotte conquered many of her problems and is now fitter, healthier and happier.
Charlotte’s clients come from all walks of life and range from busy professionals to stay at home Mums. She works with people who want to improve their lifestyle and overcome stress so they can look good, feel great and start to get what they really want from life.
Before Charlotte retrained as a coach in 2005, she had a successful career in retail operations management and worked for Laura Ashley, Oasis and Next. After completing an MSc in Museum Studies she then worked as Head of Retail for a number of National Museums.
